The staff went the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Everyone was super polite and spoke great English. The hotel is close to the train station and within walking distance of tourist sites. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price.

I was initially disappointed when I arrived and was given a single bed instead of a king bed. the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue the next day by moving me to a bigger room. Despite the inconvenience, the calm and peaceful ambiance of the hotel made up for it. The staff were hospitable and polite, ensuring a pleasant stay. The comfortable bed, quiet room, and excellent heating system added to the overall positive experience. I also had a satisfying culinary experience at Octo Restaurant, with perfect service. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the key tourist spots in the city.

Although I appreciated the luxuriousness of this hotel, the location was a slight disadvantage. the nearby construction made access difficult.
